GAME PLAY
Time
(2) 20 minutes per half with a running clock
Clock stops on made baskets & dead balls only during the last 2 minutes of the game

Clock stops on all jump balls & free throws last minute of the 1st half
Timeouts
4 timeouts
3 carry over to the 2nd half
Overtime
3 minutes…clock stops last minute only (dead balls and made baskets)
1 timeout each team
Fouls
6 fouls per person
Defensive 3
**defensive three-second violation. It is assessed when a member of the defending team spends more than three seconds in the free throw lane (also known as the 16-foot lane, or colloquially as "in the paint") while not actively guarding an opponent. To be considered actively guarding, a defender must be within arm's length of an opponent and in a guarding position.[1] A three-second count is suspended if:[2][clarification needed]
a player is in the act of shooting there is a loss of team control the defender is actively guarding an opponent the defender clears the painted area it is imminent the defender will become legal
In addition, a player guarding an opponent with the ball may be in the paint without actively guarding the opponent.[3]
The team committing a defensive three-second violation is assessed a team technical foul. The offense will receive one free throw and retain possession of the ball.[4]

Rosters
*3 coach Max plus one General Manager
(Anyone else will be considered a spectator)
*10 player max plus 1 reserve = 11 man roster
(Reserve can replace a player ONLY in the case of an injury and or a family emergency)

Technical’s and Flagrant
Technical fouls result in 1 free throw…whoever has possession at the time of the technical maintains the ball
Flagrant are 2 free throws and the ball *Fouls above the neck area without play on ball is automatic Flagrant 1*
Technical foul= $20 Fine (Cannot return to play until paid) 3 tech = ejection
